POOL PARTY FAQs

How do I get the pool passes for my guests?

You can have the passes mailed or pick them up the morning of the party at the pool entrance. Then distribute to your guests however you’d like. Each guest will need a pass, whether or not they plan to swim.

How big is the Pool Party Pavilion?

There are 8 picnic tables (seating for 80), plus a large food table.

Can I bring my pet?

While pets are welcome in the park, unfortunately pets are NOT permitted in the pool area.

Can I bring a cake/outside food?
Yes! You can bring in whatever food and drinks you would like.  We do not have refrigeration available, so please bring coolers with ice if you need to keep things cold. No grills, glass, or alcohol allowed in the pool area. There is power available at the pavilion for crock pots.
Can I park near the pool?

Yes. A crystal pool party includes one (1) VIP parking spot near the pool, but due to its location in the park, you CANNOT drive right up to the pool entrance.  You will have use of a push cart to transport party supplies from the car.  All other party guests must park in the main parking lot.

Do we have to wait in line?

Yes. We only have a 2 lane bridge to get to the entrance of the pool. One is for entry and one is for exit. So everyone must wait in line to get into the pool area.

Are there lockers?

Yes, complimentary lockers are available for each guest in the changing rooms. Keys must be turned in when leaving the pool area.

Does someone not swimming still need to pay/have a pass to get into the pool area for the party?

Yes, everyone who enters the pool area needs a pool pass or to pay admission.

Can I wear shorts and a t-shirt in the pool?

Street clothes are not permitted in the pool. Bathing suits are required for swimming and slides.

Is there a refrigerator?

There is no refrigeration available. Please bring coolers with ice for items you want kept cold.

What if it rains?

Crystal pool parties are rain or shine.  You do have until 3 days before the date of the party to reschedule due to weather. During certain storms lifeguards may require your party leave the pavilion and go into the locker rooms for safety. Please note the pool may close at any time due to weather or crowd.

Can I stay in the pavilion if it rains?

This will be determined by the lifeguards.  Some weather situations require all guests out of the pool area, including the pavilion. When the lifeguards require all guests into the locker rooms for safety, you must leave the pavilion and enter the locker room.

Is there ice available for purchase at the pool?

There is ice available for purchase at our Group Planning Center, near the main parking lot and at the Campground Store, just across the covered bridge outside of the pool entrance. Ice is not available for purchase at the pool.

What if we have to cancel the party?

Due to limited party times available, parties are non refundable. However, we can help you look for a different date, or send you the value paid in ticket books or pool passes.
