Cancellations
A reservation may be cancelled by phone or in writing with the following service charges:
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - 10% of total bill
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date - 25% of total bill
Less than 1 week prior to arrival date - 50% of total bill
*Failure to arrive without notification - Full price of total bill will be charged.
Policies
All rates are subject to sales tax and room tax. We accept Cash, Travelers Checks, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Payments.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed at Latorre House.
Smoking permitted outside on premises -
Not permitted inside.
Reservations
Reservations will be held with advance payment of 50% of the total bill. Those held with a credit card are confirmed immediately, however, we will not run the 50% charge until one month prior to arrival date. At that point we then send a confirmation showing the reservation details and balance due. If a reservation is made less than one month prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged immediately. Deposits sent in the form of a check or money order will hold the tentative reservation for one week pending receipt of the payment. After receipt, the reservation is confirmed.
