Codes of Conduct

 General Rules

  1. The golf course superintendent and/or management shall be in charge of daily course operations.  It shall rest in the discretion of the superintendent and/or management when the course will be closed for play due to weather or other reason.
  2. Everyone is required to check in at the pro shop before heading to the first tee. Golfers are not permitted to start on the back nine without permission from the pro shop.

 Golf Etiquette

  • Slow players must allow faster players to play through.
  • Replace airway divots & repair ball marks on greens.
  • Keep golf cart 30 feet from greens, tees, & sand bunkers.
  • Every player must have a set of Golf Clubs & Bag.
  • Rental equipment is available for Men, Women & Children.
  • No Profanity
  • Follow all temporary cart signs.
  • Do not tamper with course set-up.
  • No disrespectful behavior or verbal and/or physical assault toward any manager, staff member, course member or outside guest. 

 Required Golf Attire

To provide the best possible putting surfaces, Knoebels Three Ponds Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility. Golfers may wear shoes with metal spike alternatives, or tennis shoes. Proper golf attire is preferred.

Men May Wear

  • Polo-style shirts with collars
  • Turtlenecks or mock turtleneck shirts
  • Slacks or Bermuda-length shorts

Women May Wear

  • Polo-style shirts with collars
  • Suitable shirts or blouses (with or without collars)
  • Slacks, skirts or Bermuda-length shorts

Prohibited

Cut-off shorts, tank tops, sleeveless shirts (for men), offensive pictures or language on clothing, and soiled or worn attire is strictly prohibited. Knoebels reserves the right to address these issues.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 

Dining & Personal Coolers

Personal coolers and any type of food or beverage storage devices are not permitted on our course. All alcohol consumed on property must be purchased from The Nickle Plate Bar & Grill. Dine in, or Carry Out with one of our “To Go” coolers.

Comfort stations on the golf course are also equipped with ice water coolers and cups.
