Group Sales & Catered Events
Can our group still use our pavilion reservation?
Yes! Groups must be less than 250 people.  Our tables will be arranged to comply with current social distancing guidelines, so please keep in mind griddles, refrigeration, & coin op burner locations may vary from previous years.  We will be reserving parking space for our pavilion and catered groups until 1pm, use the reserved line when entering the parking lot.
Can we still get catering?
Yes! Self serve catering will be dropped off as in previous years in disposable pans with a disposable serving utensils. Self Serve Menu.  Full service catering will be provided as individually packaged hot meals. Full Service Menu
With limiting capacity how will that affect my company picnic?
Catered Groups under 250 can be served at the same time. Catered groups of 250 or more will have staggered serve times, to ensure that we do not have more than 250 guests in a pavilion at one time.
We have a family reunion scheduled in a pavilion, am I guaranteed entry?
We will be monitoring and managing our daily guest capacity and may need to restrict parking lot access to manage park capacity. We will be reserving parking space for our pavilion and catered groups until 1pm, so please use the reserved line when entering the parking lot.
Will birthday parties be changed at all due to the new operating procedures?
Our team has also been planning operational adjustments due to COVID-19, so Kids Korner parties will look a little different this year.  Most notably your character meet and greet will be an appearance and photo op, it is for the children’s safety they do not touch the character this year. Also, with socially distancing our rides the train capacity will be decreased. Family members and those that rode in the same car may sit closer, but amount of guests that get to ride the train could be decreased.
